Prof. Simone Grassini is an Associate Professor of Psychology at the University of Bergen in Norway. His main interests lie in environmental psychology, human-computer interaction, Artificial Intelligence, cognitive neuroscience, human factors & cognitive ergonomics. Prof Grassini Specialized in time-series data analysis in EEG, GSR, ECG, PPG. Simone has worked as an Expert Reviewer for the European Commission as well as an Associate Professor for the University of Stavanger.

Professor Sirkku Juhola is a professor of urban environmental policy at the Ecosystems and Environment Research Program at the University of Helsinki and the leader of their multidisciplinary research group Urban Environmental Policy. She is also a guest professor at the Centre for Climate Science and Policy Research, Linköping University in Sweden. Prof. Juhola has and is engaged in many European projects such as Regions4Climate. She achieved both her MSc in Environment and Development studies and her PhD in Development Studies at the University of Anglia.

Susan is a Research, Insights and Communications Manager for the Stepstone Group while also being a Psychological Health Promotion in the Workplace Consultant. With over six years of experience in research, she specializes in understanding the job market from a work psychology perspective. In her role as consultant, Susan has been funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research to consult with research projects on workplace health promotion. As a manager with Stepstone Group Susan manages Stakeholders with international and interdisciplinary partners and sets up questionnaires and analysis of large data sets to generate data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for sales and clients. Susan has a PhD in Public Health and has worked as a Research Manager at the University Hospital Düsseldorf. 

Terri is the Co Chair of the HLAB of GO Green Routes and is currently taking the role of Innovation Manager for the project. She co-founded This Is in 2004,, an organisational and culture change and leadership development consultancy. She took time out to take on the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Psychological Society of Ireland from 2015-2019 where she initiated a major organisation change programme. Now back in This Is she specialises in leading in uncertain times; coaching for women and emergent leaders; innovation and entrepreneurial leadership and thought leadership with CEO’s and Boards. She co-facilitated with Richard at The First International Summit on Psychology and Global Health: A Leader in Climate Change in Lisbon (November 2019) which brought together over 45 Psychological Associations to produce a proclamation of climate change and a series of actions. She also co-facilitated the second summit in Bogota, Columbia in 2022. She is currently the convenor of the Climate Change Grouping.Terri is also a Board member, trustee and Chair of the Climate Commitee in An Taisce (Irelands National Trust). She chairs the British Psychological Society’s Climate Environment Action Coordinating Group and is a committee member of the Division of Occupational Psychology Northern Ireland Branch.

Thea Wubbelmann is the Deputy Representative for Research Staff at the Institute of Physical Geography and Landscape Ecology in the University of Hannover. Thea has many research and teaching interests including human-environment interactions in urban areas under the influence of climate change and urbanisation and development of climate change – biodiversity – health interactions in the urban context. She is a member of the International Association for Landscape Ecology (IALE-D) and won the IALE-D award for the best landscape ecology dissertation 2023. Thea has a strong educational background with a PhD in Geography.

Timon McPhearson is Professor of Urban Ecology, Director of the Urban System Lab, and research faculty at the Tishman Environment and Design Center at The New School. He is a Senior Research Fellow at the Cary Institute of Ecosystem Studies, Stockholm Resilience Centre at Stockholm University and the Beijer Institute of Ecological Economics at The Swedish Royal Academy of Sciences. He is a Lead Author for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), a Contributing Author to the Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES), and a member of the World Economic Forum Global Commission on BiodiverCities.
