Daniela Elisabeth Ströckl is currently a Professor at Carinthia Univeristy of Applied Sciences. She has been working at the Carinthia University of Applied Sciences in the field of medical technology since 2015, mainly in the research area of eHealth / health informatics, user experience & usage, Green eHealth and Active and Assisted Living (AAL). She is a professor and mainly works in research and teaching for medical informatics and digitalization in the health and social sector at the faculties of Engineering & IT and Health & Social Sciences.

Davide Geneletti is currently a Professor at the University of Trento with a particular interest in Nature-based Solutions and ecosystem services. Davide conducts studies in sustainability sciences which includes environmental impact assessment of plans and projects as well as ecological planning. His research is not confined to one subject, as he has conducted much interdisciplinary research. However, he has expressed that he does have an interest in spatial planning and environmental design, ecosystem services, land use and spatial planning among others. His work is being used to measure the impacts of climate change.

Prof. David Sheffield is the Professor of Psychology at the University of Derby and a registered Health Psychologist. Prof. Sheffield’s work mainly focuses on health and wellbeing from a range of perspectives such as epidemiology and interventions as well as psychophysiology and interviews. Not only this however, he teaches on the MSc Health Psychology and Behaviour  Change programmes and the BSc in Psychology. He also supervises Ph.D., Doctorate, Masters and undergraduate students and has successfully supervised 30 students to Ph.D. and Doctorate completion. Currently Prof. Sheffield is involved in three funded projects with interests that include art and health, pain and pain management and nature connectedness among others. Prof. Sheffield is a well-educated man with a BA in Psychology from the University of Nottingham and a Ph.D. in Psychology from Glasgow Caledonian University. 

Denise Halbert is the Healthy Cities Coordinator for Cork City and Adjunct Lecturer in the School of Public Health in University College Cork.  Denise has extensive knowledge, experience and understanding of health promotion, wellbeing and a commitment to the social determinants of health and the reduction of health inequalities.  Denise graduated with a Degree in Sports & Exercise Science in 1998 and a Masters in Health Promotion in 1999.  Denise has over 25 years of experience working in Public Health and Health Promotion in the Health Service in Ireland.  Denise has a key role in a variety of health related Cork city based Inter-Agency projects and partnerships.  Denise also has a strong personal and professional interest and commitment to climate justice and environmental sustainability.  The Irish Examiner listed Denise among 100 Women ‘Blazing a Trail and Changing Ireland Today’ in 2023.

Dermot Lynott is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Maynooth University with a background in Cognitive Psychology. Demott’s research interests are in cognitive science and how one’s environment can influence them to perceive the world in different ways. He mainly uses this research to study how linguistics could influence our behaviors and emotions. Dermott has worked in Northumbria University, University of Manchester, and Lancaster University.

Prof. Eibhlís O’Connor is a Registered Human Nutritionist with the UK Association for Nutrition, Principle Investigator and Associate Professor in Human Nutrition at the Dept Biological Sciences, University of Limerick. Her research focuses on diet/microbiome interactions, the role of vitamin dependent proteins on chronic disease and more recently, factors influencing sustainable dietary practices. Eibhlís is the scientific lead of task 5.5, WP5, a collaboration with SME Nutritics on developing sustainable nutrition solutions where she co-supervises 2 PhD students, Alan Scarry and Tina Kontonika.
